From the moment you arrive, everything you need will be provided – from the necessary attire and authentic Andean ingredients to the kitchen utensils and a knowledgeable instructor guiding you every step of the way.

Don’t worry if you’re not fluent in Spanish, as Claudia can communicate in basic English to guide you through the class. Her ability to communicate in some English ensures that language won’t be a barrier during the experience, making it accessible to all travelers.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant culinary traditions as you learn the secrets behind each mouthwatering dish. From chopping fresh produce to mastering traditional cooking techniques, you’ll gain invaluable skills that you can take home and share with friends and family.

But it doesn’t stop there. This unforgettable experience goes beyond just cooking. Take a stroll through the restaurant’s very own family garden, where you’ll discover an array of aromatic herbs and vegetables used in the preparation of their delectable meals. And to truly embrace the ancestral heritage, indulge in a taste of chicha de jora, a sacred beverage enjoyed by the ancestors.

After the activity and the satisfying feast, sit back and relax as the transport conveniently takes you back to your hotel, leaving you with cherished memories and a deeper appreciation for the local culture and cuisine.
